We are looking for a marketing and communications assistant to support the day-to-day admin tasks as well as generating leads from various sources. In addition to the requirements outlined below the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible, be able to work independently and a positive job attitude.
Responsibilities
- Regular marketing admin updates and partnership follow up.
- Assist on web update.
- Going through various media formats (ie. Websites, prints, etc) to research for leads and contact information.
- Maintaining and updating of our in-house contact management system.
- Sourcing of various online marketing opportunities (ie. Conferences, magazines)
- Assist in ad-hoc marketing projects both ongoing and in the pipeline
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- Excellent Internet and web searching skills as well as handling emails
- Keen interest and ability to handle a large volume of readings on finance-related publications
- Attentive to details and very organised/systematic to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
- Comfortable speaking over the phone

Prior experience in the banking/financial industry is a plus but not essential
