Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to support the day-to-day HR duties as well as the overall office maintenance. In addition to the requirements outlined below, the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the full spectrum of HR duties include processing of payroll
  • Implementing and improvising HR policy
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Drafting of employment contracts and related HR letters
  • Employment Pass applications to the Ministry of Manpower
  • Oversee office maintenance
  • Supervision of 1 administrative officer
  • Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct HR administrative experiences
  • Discreet, meticulous and self-motivated
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to deliver under pressure
  • Must be independent and have a can-do attitude with ability to grasp new concept fast
  • Need to be hands-on, dynamic and innovative in problem solving
  • Possess excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
  • Able to communicate at all levels with good interpersonal skills
