We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to support the day-to-day HR duties as well as the overall office maintenance. In addition to the requirements outlined below, the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Handle the full spectrum of HR duties include processing of payroll
- Implementing and improvising HR policy
- Recruitment and Selection
- Drafting of employment contracts and related HR letters
- Employment Pass applications to the Ministry of Manpower
- Oversee office maintenance
- Supervision of 1 administrative officer
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of direct HR administrative experiences
- Discreet, meticulous and self-motivated
- Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to deliver under pressure
- Must be independent and have a can-do attitude with ability to grasp new concept fast
- Need to be hands-on, dynamic and innovative in problem solving
- Possess excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
- Able to communicate at all levels with good interpersonal skills
